By accessing and using the Voice Build App ("the App"), provided by Thime.llc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreements ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page or through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms.
The App is offered on a subscription basis (the "Subscription"). Subscription periods may be monthly, annual, or based on usage/credits, as detailed in the App. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 4.4.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You agree to provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, and a valid payment method. Failure to pay the Subscription fees when due may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the App.
The Company reserves the right to change its Subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account settings on the App or by contacting us at info@voicebuild.co. If you cancel, your Subscription access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No Refunds: ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments are non-cancellable, and the Company does not issue refunds for partial periods of service, including unused credits, fees, or downgrades.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business use.
Ownership: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your User Content (including voice models and synthetic audio).
License to Company: You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and process the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App and its services, including the necessary generation and delivery of synthetic audio.
Voice Data Specifics: You warrant that you have the explicit, informed consent of any individual whose voice data you upload or use to create a voice model. You agree to use the synthetic voice responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You agree not to use the App: (i) to violate any applicable law or regulation; (ii) to impersonate any person or entity; (iii) to create synthetic audio models of an individual without their explicit consent; or (iv) to create audio that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Thime.llc and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Wyoming and foreign countries.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or fail to pay Subscription fees.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App.
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data) resulting from your access to or use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
