Service Delivery: To operate, deliver, and improve the App, including the core function of generating and processing your Voice Data into voice models and synthetic audio.
Billing: To process your Subscription payments and manage your account.
Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activities.
Communication: To provide you with notices about your account and service changes.

Service Providers: Trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting services) who perform services on our behalf and are obligated to keep the information confidential.

Retention: We retain your Voice Data and models as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services. You can delete your Voice Data through your account settings.
Third-Party Consent: We rely on your representation that you have the necessary legal rights and explicit consent for all Voice Data you upload.
We implement reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information. However, no transmission of information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
